You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is made within 30 days of your first paid subscription payment
  • You have not previously received a refund from Relixo
  • Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service

What Is Not Refundable

  • Refund requests made after 30 days of the first payment
  • Free trial periods — trials are free and therefore not eligible for refunds
  • Subsequent billing cycles after the first 30 days
  • Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund simply email us at hello@getrelixo.com with:

  • The email address associated with your Relixo account
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
We process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you would like a refund please contact us directly within the 30 day window.

After cancellation you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
